# Optional custom tumblers - layout and export prompts

Use a horizontal 2700 x 1650-pixel canvas with 300-dpi metadata. The 150-pixel inset is the important-content margin; keep the background filling the whole canvas. No purchase is needed to complete the workshop.

## Choose your route

**Let Wrapware help:** email service@wrapware.com with the accepted character images, the team's approved logo, real names with exact spelling, quantities and any target date. Ask for help preparing the print files and arranging custom tumblers. Confirm design help, pricing and timing with Wrapware before ordering.

**Prepare your own:** first finish the character and group logo, then arrange them in the wide layout below. This is the recommended workshop route because merchandise stays optional and the accepted artwork can be reused.

**Already know you want tumbler layouts from the start?** Use the alternative art prompt below with the completed participant profile and approved team logo attached. This can request the wrap composition from the first generation, but it still requires an actual export and file check. Asking an image generator for a pixel size or DPI does not verify its output.

## Repeatable layout

- Canvas: horizontal, exactly 2700 x 1650 pixels, 300-dpi metadata, RGB PNG or JPG. The canvas includes the 0.25-inch bleed allowance; don't add extra bleed, guides or crop marks.
- Background: fill every edge. Keep the far left and right edges visually compatible where they meet on the tumbler.
- Safe area for important content: x = 150 through 2550; y = 150 through 1500, measured from the upper-left corner. Keep the whole name, logos, character and meaningful objects within this area.
- Center zone: x = 850 through 1850; y = 150 through 1500. Fit the complete accepted portrait proportionally here. The participant's real name should be clear within this zone. If it already appears correctly in the portrait, do not duplicate it. If separately set, reserve space for it below the image, inside the same zone.
- Left logo zone: x = 200 through 750; y = 550 through 1100.
- Right logo zone: x = 1950 through 2500; y = 550 through 1100.
- Fit the same accepted logo asset proportionally in both side zones. The group's name can be part of that approved logo asset. Never redraw it independently for each side or participant.
- These zones describe a starter layout, not extra visible frames. Do not print boxes, outlines, guides or measurements.

## Prompt A: arrange the accepted artwork

Use a layout/file-preparation tool that can place existing images and export a downloadable PNG. Attach the accepted character image and the approved team logo. This is a composition task, not a request to regenerate the character.

Create a Wrapware wrap design using the attached accepted character artwork and approved team logo.

Participant real name, exact spelling: [REAL NAME].
Team name, exact spelling: [TEAM NAME].
Background colors/style: [TEAM COLORS AND STYLE].

Make it horizontal, 2700 x 1650 pixels, for printing at 300 dpi. Use RGB color for the final PNG or JPG. Fill the entire background to the edges and keep important details at least 150 pixels away from every edge. The canvas includes the 0.25-inch bleed allowance; don't add extra bleed, guides or crop marks. Don't add borders, guide lines or text unless requested below.

Use the character artwork as an unchanged image layer. Do not redraw the face, body, personal symbol, scene or name. Fit it proportionally in the central zone, x=850 to 1850 and y=150 to 1500. Keep its full silhouette and important personal details visible. Do not stretch or crop it.

Show the person's real name '[REAL NAME]' exactly once. If it is already correct and readable in the accepted artwork, retain it and do not duplicate it. If it needs separate lettering, leave room beneath the image within the central zone and set the exact real name there. If wrong lettering is already embedded, correct the source before final layout rather than covering it with a second name.

Place the exact same approved team-logo asset proportionally inside each side zone: left x=200 to 750, y=550 to 1100; right x=1950 to 2500, y=550 to 1100. Do not regenerate or alter the logo lettering. All coordinates start at the upper-left corner. These placement zones must not appear as outlines in the exported design.

Keep the outer left and right edges visually compatible. Add no text other than the requested real name and the lettering already in the approved team logo. Show the proposed layout for review before the final export.

Once I'm happy with the design, prepare a downloadable PNG or JPG and verify that the saved file is exactly 2700 x 1650 pixels with 300-dpi metadata. Reopen the actual saved file, report its pixel dimensions, color mode and DPI, and check the name, both logos, full character and safe margins. Return the downloadable file. If you cannot export or inspect it, say which checks still need to be completed; do not label an unchecked preview print-ready.

## Prompt B: start with the wrap composition

Use only if the group already wants tumbler artwork. Attach the exact approved logo asset. The group must choose and approve that logo first.

Create a Wrapware wrap design featuring an original [CHARACTER TYPE] representing [REAL NAME], based on this completed profile: [ROLE, TALENT, PERSONALITY, APPEARANCE, PERSONAL SYMBOL, SETTING, TWO OR THREE SIGNATURE DETAILS, MUST-INCLUDE AND EXCLUSIONS].

Shared illustration style and colors: [STYLE AND COLORS].
Use the attached approved team logo as the shared branding asset.

Composition: one full character and their personal scene in the center third; their real name '[REAL NAME]' exactly once in clear readable lettering below; the exact same approved team logo on the left and right. Fit the character, meaningful scene details and name inside the central zone x=850 to 1850, y=150 to 1500. Fit the logo proportionally in each side zone: left x=200 to 750, y=550 to 1100; right x=1950 to 2500, y=550 to 1100. Coordinates start at the upper-left corner. Do not render these zones as outlines. Leave clear space around the name, silhouette and both logos. Keep the outer edges visually compatible for the rear join. Do not invent a character alias or any additional text. Preserve the logo's exact lettering and appearance; if the tool cannot reuse it faithfully, leave those side areas clear so the exact asset can be placed during final layout.

Show the design for review. Once I'm happy with the design, prepare a downloadable PNG or JPG and verify that the saved file is exactly 2700 x 1650 pixels with 300-dpi metadata. Reopen the actual saved file and report pixel dimensions, color mode and DPI. Check spelling, full character, exact logo match and the 150-pixel content margin. If file preparation or inspection needs a separate tool, state that clearly and do not call the generated preview print-ready.

## Final check

Confirm the actual saved dimensions, RGB color, 300-dpi metadata, name spelling, matching logos, 150-pixel content margin and absence of guides. Look at the image at its intended printed size; more metadata does not repair blurry art or tiny names. In the product preview, inspect the character, names, logo placement and back join. Confirm tumbler options, quantities and timing before ordering.
